Christmas Eve-Eve. Houston, TX. The most lovely wedding to end my 2016 wedding season.
Alaina + Josh got married at their childhood church with all of their close family and friends present. Alaina wore a BHLDN dress, and Josh looked the most dapper in his navy blue suit. They dressed up their school gym to look like one of the most beautiful venues, full of Christmastime details, complete with a home-cooked meal that was the most yummy.
They said I Do in the same place that Alaina first laid her eyes on Josh, and sealed it with a kiss under the twinkly christmas lights hanging overhead. These two were celebrated well and loved greatly. Their wedding was a testament to a successful long-distance relationship and a beautiful picture of completion.
Their reception was filled with the sweetest of first dances, completed with the prettiest twirling of Alaina’s beautiful dress. Technical difficulties that led to lots of laughter and a groom who came to the rescue when the projector wasn’t working! ;) Finished off with Josh surprising his beautiful bride with a serenade to Ben Rector’s ‘Brand New’ with his buddies as she fan-girl’d at the bottom of the stage. It was awesome to say the least.
They exited to a candlelight exit because they got married on Christmas Eve-Eve. I mean, cmon. How cool is that.
