Lauren + Matt || an intimate, romantic wedding at the Brooks at Weatherford

Oh where do I even begin with this wedding. Lauren + Matt bring an overwhelming sense of joy with them every where they go. Their precious hearts and infectious personalities made this one of the best wedding days to start my 2017 wedding season!!! These two are loved by SO many, and cherished so well by their friends and family. Not to mention that this wedding was absolutely beautiful — every detail was hand crafted by Matt + Lauren and executed so beautifully. When we first met, they had the most incredible visuals and dreams for this day all the way from their food to the ceremony, and oh man let me just say they killed it.

The day was full of excitement and lots of happy tears, especially during the sweetest first look there ever was!! Then I got what felt like hours to shoot couples pictures! (helllooo!) And captured some of my favorite couples portraits to date. Also, I need to mention that this has got to be one of the most attractive wedding parties I’ve ever photographed!! Everything was perfect. Lauren was the most beautiful bride, and Matt looked so dapper in his navy blue suit. It was a dream. All of their vendors KILLED the game with this one. I also need to mention that the chance of there being terrible thunderstorms all day was 90%, but that didn’t stop Lauren + Matt from having the most incredible day. The rain held out ALL day long until a small trickle of rainfall during the middle of the ceremony – followed by the most lovely sunlight that flooded the chapel right as they were saying their vows. These two and all of their family and friends prayed hard for no rain, and we sure as heck got it. That’s just a testament to the favor on these two and their lives!!
