Ashley + Dylan | a brooks at weatherford wedding

My love for these two increases every time I scroll through these images. I currently have a massive smile on my face right now as I write this post, because Ashley + Dylan are one of a kind, rock your socks off people. They love eachother deeply and are quite possibly two of the most carefree, precious people I’ve ever met. They are so playful, yet so madly in love. And dang did it show on their wedding day.

Walking in to this wedding, I knew it was going to be emotional. Within minutes of arriving, I was met by Dylan with a big hug and him telling me he’s been on the verge of crying all morning. Then I walked into a room full of over the moon excited girls who are just ready to get their friend married!! The cheers and squeals were abundant all day long.

The decor was breathtaking, the tiny details of what everyone was wearing blew me away, especially knowing that Dylan picked out all of the guys suits!! Then we get to the florals that Blushington Blooms put together and I was breathless. They couldn’t have done a more beautiful job. Not to mention that The Brooks is such a beautiful venue!! Everything was perfect.

So everything was set – the girls were done getting ready and Ashley started to put on her dress, and all of us were gasping at her incredible beauty. We captured some of the most beautiful and fun portraits with each wedding parties, and let Ashley and Dylan start their modeling careers. Then we pulled them away to read each others letters and were overwhelmed with emotions as these highschool sweethearts are so good with words.

We moved into the most beautiful ceremony with so many emotions running through the room – especially with Dylan’s precious reaction to seeing his bride for the first time that day. I dare you not to tear up looking at those images. Then the whole chapel cheered the loudest cheers as Dylan kissed her like the world was ending.

These two just couldn’t get enough of eachother during portraits and were down for anything and everything. It was incredible and we created some magical images with some of the most magical light. The images will have to speak for themselves, because words truly don’t do these two justice.

Then they entered their reception with a bang, and proceeded to do one of the greatest first dance’s I’ve ever witnessed. Ashley’s dress moved so beautifully, and Dylan is such a great lead. Would you believe me if I told you that they didn’t practice their dance?? I mean, cmon.

Finally, the dance floor was full the entire evening and James and I joined them just a few times! ;) There’s even a crazy story about the garter getting stuck in the chandelier and a human pyramid.
