Well. These photos are pretty self explanatory.
We absolutely love our jobs with everything that we have. We love our humans that have chosen us to document their days. We love serving our people with everything we have. We love dancing our butts off with our camera’s in hand, experiencing your reception just as much as everyone else.
It brings us IMMENSE joy to bustle dresses, fix stray hairs, do things that are out of our job description – we love it.
Truly. So here’s a compilation of some behind the scenes from the last few years filled with the biggest smiles and so much joy.

“I’m a wedding photographer.”
The first time I uttered these words out loud was about 3 years into shooting weddings. Even after having specialized for a solid 8 months by that time. For some reason I didn’t feel like it was a “real job” or a real title. But little did I know that the weight of that title, years down the road, was going to carry me through so many things.
James + I were talking last night about the insane feeling of love and gratitude we feel from just one single hug from our bride + groom by the end of a wedding day. How it’s truly the most fulfilling part of my job. It’s a job well done hug that tells me that I served them well, and reminds me why I love hard and give everything I have on wedding days.
Sometimes I feel like a broken record talking about how much I genuinely love every single on of my couples who entrust their day with me. But gosh dang it, nothing’s gonna stop me. 😂 My people love me right back and that will forever reign as one of the most fulfilling parts of my life. These friendships I’ve gained over the years, after almost a FULL decade of being in the industry it will never get old.
Camera in one hand, probs a Bobby pin or boob glue in the other hand and a friggin massive smile on my face, this will always be where I feel most fulfilled.
So to my people. You know who you are. I love you SOOO deeply. Thanks for being one of my favorite parts of my life.
