Emily + Caleb || an elegant wedding at 6500 in Dallas, TX

This was a day that was destined to be the wedding of a lifetime, and let me tell you — it definitely did not disappoint. Emily + Caleb are two of my dearest friends, so getting to walk out this engagement season with them leading up to the wedding was such a sweet thing.

I had the opportunity to photograph their proposal story, engagement session, bridal session, and wedding weekend. I got to be there every step of the way, and oh my does it make my heart so happy. These two bring my heart so much joy and are two of the kindest, most genuine people you’ll ever come in contact with. They had such an incredible vision for their wedding day, with the help of Pam at Twigs + Twine Events, and together created one of the most stunning, fun weddings I’ve ever been a part of.

Emily is a ballerina, and Caleb is a graphic designer. They both find the most beautiful meanings in the tiniest aspects of life that makes you look at life differently. Being friends with these two has challenged me greatly. But knowing this, I knew that every aspect of the day had such a deep incredible meaning for them. From the gifts that they gave to eachother, to the intentionality of their wedding vows, everything was thought through.

The guys took a trip to Whataburger before the ceremony, and Emily + her sweet Dad had one of the sweetest first looks that will definitely make you tear up. The wedding party was one of the most good looking groups I’ve ever photographed, and I even got to jump in a few pictures with my sweet friend as a technical “house party” member! ;) It was quite the day, and experience.

It was a very emotion filled day, and there wasn’t a dry eye in the room as the doors opened and Emily walked down the aisle towards her man. They had one of the most powerful ceremonies I’ve ever witnessed, and danced the night away with one of the best bands in the metroplex. They rang in their new marriage with a bang, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way.
