Monday weddings, one of my new favorite things. James and I had just come off a triple header wedding weekend and were wrapping up with this incredible wedding on the most gorgeous Monday anyone could ask for. The sun was shining bright, the smiles of Katrina + Jonathan’s loved ones stretched wider than ever, and these two were ready to get hitched!!
From the moment that I met these two at our very first consult a few months ago, I developed such a sweet love towards Katrina + Jonathan and who they are to eachother. They share this deep, incredible, fun-loving connection that pulled me in during their engagement session. I truly was on cloud nine getting to watch them become Mr. + Mrs. DeFriess!! They worked so hard at creating the most beautiful wedding day on a budget, and definitely succeeded. With the most beautiful flower arrangements (hello DIY florals!), gorgeous table decorations + food setups, and the most lovely color palette inspired by a Rifle Paper Co. design, I fell in love. Oh, and I didn’t mention the fact that this wedding had one of the best dance parties ever.
