After many, many months of planning, and dreaming — I finally made this session happen. A GORGEOUS styled engagement session that fit the exact vision I had in mind. Everything was perfection. From my fabulous models, to the locations we had picked out, everything came together perfectly! AND the sun showed it’s beautiful face and made me super happy!!
Here was my vision — a perfect date day in Dallas, starting with a lovely latte at Davis Street Espresso, a quick walk around Bishop Art’s District, and finishing up with a lovely sunset in a sparkly dress on a rooftop in Dallas. It couldn’t have been more perfect. A perfect Dallas Engagement Session.
I picked Meghan + Ricky for their fabulous style, and their crazy sweet love for eachother. They’re coming up on their ONE YEAR anniversary in July and it just so happen to work out perfectly that I needed models for this session! Anniversary session, anyone?! I loved every second of this day. Spending time with Meghan + Ricky and watching the way that Ricky loved on his bride made my heart giddy. Plus they were absolutely fabulous at taking directions! ;)
Just to give you a little glimpse of their deep love for eachother — I do this thing during my e-sessions where I tell them to cuddle up, then I have him whisper 3 things that he loves most about her in her ear. I get the most genuine reactions from this action, which is why I do it all the time!! But I got by far the sweetest reaction from Meghan when she started tearing up after her sweet husband whispered these sweet things into her ear. It was a sweet reminder of why I do what I do, why I LOVE doing what I do.
So i’m gonna keep doing it. And keep doing fabulous styled sessions like this. Because it was ridiculously fun!! <3
