Let’s just say things got a little weird. In a dang good way.
When Kami + Mitchell booked me and told me more about their vision for their wedding, I knew that their engagement session had to be different. A little weird, a little spunky, but still full of emotion and joy, because that encompasses who these two are. Being friends with them in the first place made it easy to plan this trip, which 100% made us better friends. We hopped in the car for an 8 hour road trip, 4 different sessions and locations over the course of 36 hours, made so many memories, and had the adventure of a lifetime.
So we tried new things, dug deep into our brains to find the weird things that we could try, and I have to say I’m pretty dang proud of the outcome. ps. if you look hard enough you’ll see James and I sneaking out way into some of the photos.
I’ve been waiting to share these until I had the words to fully encompass our experience and I’m still coming up short. So I’m gonna let the images and Kami + Mitchell’s love speak for themselves.
