This was the adventure of a lifetime. I met Kendal + Harrison while Harrison was a groomsmen at one of my weddings back in May. I immediately fell in love with them, started getting to know them, and found out that they lived in CO. Ever since I first visited this BEAUTIFUL place I’ve known I wanted to do a shoot here. So when I had the opportunity to make my way to CO in the end of June, my heart got all kinds of giddy.
When I started planning this shoot with Kendal and she started sending me outfit inspiration, I knew that this was going to be one for the books. With the goal of being creatively inspired, and trying new things, we most definitely reached those goals.
Now let me tell you a little about the McWilliams. They’ve been married for just under 6 years and are two of the most fun-loving, real, joyful people to be around. They are ridiculously in love and have a playful spirit about them. They trusted me fully, and we made some of the most incredible, meaningful images during this session. I’m so grateful they trusted me to document their love, and drove 2 hours just to be in-front of my camera.
I couldn’t help myself and added just “some” of the bloopers from our time together into this post, so you can get a feel of just how fun this session was.
I mean seriously, I’m overwhelmed by these images. And I still get overwhelmed that I get to call this my job. I hope you enjoy going through these, maybe you laugh a bit or get your breath taken away by a few of these. Enjoy!
